We are looking for two (2) experienced full-time REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS (Nordics and Central Europe) to join our core team.

About the role

Regional Sales Manager (Nordics and Central Europe) has a passion for listening and understanding deeply the clients’ needs and developing offerings that solve the challenges. You are willing to work together with diverse teams of external networks.

You are a world-class salesperson who can design value propositions that inspire clients. You are conscientiousness, and you get things done.

You will be a member of the core team and located in the Nordics (e.g. Helsinki or Copenhagen) or Central Europe (e.g. Vienna), and you can also work remotely.

As a Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for driving sales in your market in cooperation with the Solved Business Lead network. Business Leads are people from the Solved expert community and they are capable and willing to sell services on behalf of the multidisciplinary team who are implementing our assignments.

The role is region-wide targeted at boosting the sales in Nordics (Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden) or in Central Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia and Switzerland).

Key tasks

  • Selling Solved services in our new markets for the businesses, cities and organisations  (Solved offers its clients Solved Together customisable collaboration platform and Solved Advisory on-demand, multiple expert disciplines offered through platform for various needs of clients in the field of green economy.   • Recruitment and support of new Business Leads in your region. Business Leads are Solved experts who actively sell our services to clients.
  • Leading your regional Business Lead team.
  • Facilitating a regional community of salespeople and acting as a recognised region manager.


  • You have been selling services for businesses, cities and organisations.
  • You are capable of creating long-term partnerships.
  • Your mindset is “sharing is caring”. You truly listen to clients and experts, and talk with them.
  • You can make the complex simple.
  • Experience in consulting, sustainability, and platform economy is a big plus.


  • 4+ years of sales and sales management experience with proven track record in sales.
  • Academic degree or equivalent in business or related field.
  • Experience in selling advisory services and platforms (Platform as a service – PAAS)
  • Experience in selling products or services for both public and private sector
  • Fluent English language communication skills. German language skills needed in Central Europe
  • Other languages are a plus.
