There are still a few slots open for businesses within the health and bio, manufacturing, and food industries within the Finland Proper Region to join our research.

Business collaboration enhances innovation and efficiency. Right, but not any kind of collaboration, and not necessarily for all parties. Collaboration builds on trustworthy partners with common interests. To identify such partners we at the LIITO project, analyze interorganizational networks and identify societal and technological advances that affect daily business.

Successful collaboration builds on mutual trust and long-term commitment. Collaboration requires a different mode of action than traditional business which focuses on short-term profit maximization. It is essential to understand the motives within organizations to change modes of action – what motivates your teams? Value charting provides an organization-wide insight to how your teams are motivated.

We study business ecosystems and values to create insights of regional business practices and further collaboration between businesses, municipalities and other stakeholders.

How does it work?

The process is simple, send us an e-mail, meet us, have your organization answer the survey, have a couple of interesting workshops with us, and finally meet potential collaborators. You get an overview of your current state, customized solutions for your case, and at the end of the project we will match organizations that share a common interest.

We look forward to working with you!
